The smartphone's thickness is 5.88 mm, weight is 163 g, the company says. The Verge calls the device a scaled-down version of the Samsung S25, which weighs 162 g.
The S25 Edge is also equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 12 GB of RAM. The screen diagonal is 6.7 inches compared to 6.2 inches for the S25.
The battery capacity is 3900 mAh, which is less than any smartphone in the S25 lineup.

Cameras — a 200-megapixel wide-angle, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, and also a 12-megapixel front-facing camera. There is no telephoto lens.
The smartphone frame is made of titanium, and the front and back feature Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 and Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The company has already opened pre-orders, and official sales will begin on May 30, 2025. The cost is $1100 for the 256 GB version and $1220 for the 512 GB model.
