Airbnb has added sections for booking services and “experiences” — photo sessions, master classes, and more

• Accommodation booking service Airbnb introduced Airbnb Services and Experiences.
• Initially, the first group will offer 10 categories of services in 260 cities worldwide. Among them are services of chefs, photographers, cosmetologists, personal trainers, and others. The company states that it vets partners, including by requesting licenses and certificates.
• Specialists can submit an application to participate in Airbnb Services. According to the FAQ page, the company will charge a service fee of 15% of the payout for each booked service.
• Airbnb Experiences are available in 650 cities worldwide. The section includes tours, masterclasses, excursions, and more. The company also separately introduced Airbnb Originals — 'extraordinary experiences,' created specifically for the service.
• Later in 2025, Airbnb plans to add features for communication between participants in Experiences. Specialists can also join by submitting an application. The service fee is 20%.
